职位描述

ROLE PURPOSE Setting up the test processes and methods. Coordinate the test lab activities and secure validation during the product development process. Working in small dynamic organization, need quick adaption to new information, close collaboration with other functions. Focusing on air quality product tests such as PM measurements, environmental tests, electronic and material related tests. PRIMARY AND SECONDARY RESPONSABILITIES • Define verification methods and test cases derived from system requirements, analysis and documentation • Test structure and planning for internal and external Labs • Test system design, fabrication, and operation • Conduct test facility setup, execute the tests, issue the test reports with high quality, and support failure analysis for product development • Work processes in above listed areas INTERFACES INTERNAL/EXTERNAL • You need to daily interact with the R&D teams in China and Sweden • You need to interact with the external labs • Your manager is the R&D manager in China PROCESS OWNERSHIP • Test lab equipment management • Regulatory competences and standards coordinator PEOPLE MANAGEMENT N/A FINANCIAL RESPONSABILITY N/A POWER OF AUTHORITY N/A SHE • You have the responsibility to join the safety training arranged by the department or company, improve your own safety awareness, to ensure you can follow and implement the requirements asked by SHE. All departments share ISO responsibilities • Each department including R&D is responsible for the implementation and operation of the quality, environment and occupational health and safety systems within the department.

任职要求

KEY COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • A practical approach to testing • Experience from setting up test rigs and test methods • Preferably you come from working with consumer products or other regulated and well-structured business areas such as for example the automotive industry, to get well trained and experienced on working process and documentation formality • You have an academic degree within engineering • Fluent in both written and oral English • Competence within electronic testing is a plus • Experience from working in an IATF certified company is a plus
